General baseball questions, as well as questions about how to use the software, should be posted on the discussion board. More often than not, other members will quickly respond. If you are having technical problems or need help getting started, here are the four ways to reach us.

1. By Electronic Mail: send your message to Eric Lindow at elindow@bellatlantic.net, with a copy to Alex at alex@alexpatton.com, giving a detailed account of exactly what the trouble is. (E.g., when I entered a new player in the working file, this is what happened.)

2. By fax to: (914) 472-6630. Machine-sent faxes should go through automatically, or a fax can be initiated manually by pressing *51.

3. By telephone: (914) 472-6630 (Tech Support). The best times to call are Tuesdays 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. (EST), from 6-8 p.m. weekday evenings, and weekend afternoons. You will probably get an answering machine; please leave a message and we will get back to you.
